Another thing to be kept in mind is to not use tap water directly as it contains minerals and could potentially harm the battery. Instead use the distilled water to pour into the battery as required.
2.Proper Charging – Electric vehicles run on batteries which act as fuel for them. This fuel also gets discharged after a certain time by the constant use. To maintain the life of the battery, it is very important to check the charging level of the battery. The battery needs to be charged from time to time and at the same time, we need to keep an eye from it getting overcharged or staying undercharged. Overcharging and undercharging will reduce the life of the battery drastically.
3.Regular Checking and Cleaning – If you find it difficult to start your Electric vehicle, then the most probable cause could be the battery. It is highly recommended to regularly check up on the battery for any spills and to clean the terminals on a regular basis. Also keep in mind to check for the wear and tear of the wires etc. It is better to clean the spill over the battery with a cloth and use baking soda to clean the top of the battery for any corrosion. Check up on the battery from time to time if it is working properly or not and get it repaired or replaced in time, otherwise, it will affect the vehicle.
